If you are new to our neighborhood or if you have lived here for years, we invite you to join the UPHA. As a member of the University Park Homeowners Association, you will:
- be kept informed of special events and important neighborhood issues
- receive an membership card that entitles you to discounts at some local merchants (see the UPHA/Merchant Partnership Discounts page for details)
- receive an electronic quarterly newsletter, email alerts, and be invited to attend informative and fun programs as part of UPHA’s membership meetings
Also, as a member, you can vote on issues that affect our great neighborhood.
UPHA is open to long-term residents who have lived in University Park for 3 years or property owners (as per our by-laws).
