Formerly known as the University Park Homeowners Association (UPHA), we are now called the University Park Community (UPC). We support communications vehicles and community activities to improve the quality of life for all residents of University Park. We have updated our by-laws, are revising our website and developing new modes of communication to best serve our members. If you have ever joined UPHA or UPC, you are a member.
