Description
This re-zoning proposes the development of the site at 818 Oberlin Rd into two or more condominium buildings that may be up to 3 stories. A maximum of 27 units are proposed. The project will include bike and pedestrian access to Sutton St in the Cameron Village neighborhood. Parking will be behind the building and an Urban Frontage will be applied along Oberlin Road.
