616 Oberlin Road just north of the Fidelity Bank on Oberlin. The site is currently a one story office strip center.

Description
This project is to re-develop the site located at 616 Oberlin Rd into a four to five story apartment building. A maximum of 215 units are proposed: 122 one bedroom/studio, 81 two bedroom and 12 three bedroom and no four bedroom apartments. The project will include access to Daniels Drive in the Cameron Village neighborhood. Structured parking of 364 to 393 spaces will be behind the building and an Urban Frontage will be applied along Oberlin Road.

2.48 acres are currently zoned: Office & Institutional -1, Conditional Use District, Pedestrian Business Overlay District (O&I-1, CUD, PBOD)
