Oberlin Road: Facelift On The Way
The Raleigh city commission has has approved a two-phase project to spiff up Oberlin Road with new sidewalks, buried utility lines, lighting, street furniture, and trees. City planners developed the project based , in part, from input received by residents and other stakeholders at a series of public meetings in the spring and summer of 2013.
The project area stretches from Groveland Avenue to Bedford Street, and is expected to take several years to complete.
