At a recent Wade Avenue CAC meeting, city council member at large Russ Stephenson distributed copies of an extract from the city’s comprehensive plan for future development in our community. Given the changes that have come, and are likely to come, it’s helpful to understand what the plan for our area is, and how it might affect you and your home.
